I started going to Denise's yoga classes a few months ago and it has been a wonderful class that I will continue to go since I get so much out of each session. She has a way of making you feel so relaxed and yet the stretch's have been the best for my body! she is an excellant instructor. I am in the beginners class, but have made much progress in the few weeks and I'm so happy that I can go down to the 3rd floor of the California mart and have this 60 min. class which has been a great stress relief release from my daily life. As a busy professional, I appreciate the convenience of this treasure in a yoga studio and teacher. Denise understands what my body, mind, and spirit are yearning for at the end of a hectic workday. I no longer have to skip out on my "me time" since I can easily catch a class at The Yoga Place before I brave the evening commute home. Denise's versatile teaching style make her classes accessible to all-from beginners to more seasoned yogis like myself. Her energy is soothing and inspiring! Denise is absolutely the best. It's so simple - if you want to invest your time in an amazing class. This is it, this is the one.
