Class Info



About my class:

I teach Vinyasa flow, focusing on breath and alignment and most of all mindfulness.  Since our moods are constantly changing, so will the class.  If the class energy is a little low, we’ll have a chill flow.  If you’re feeling strong, then we’ll bring it on.  But I won’t lie, in any class, at any level (beginners and advanced alike), your body will probably be challenged. Your spirit may possibly be humbled.  You may find strength or accept weakness. You may even to learn to laugh at yourself when you become that person who falls out of half moon and makes a big thud in the middle of class (trust me, I’ve been there).  Whatever it is, your practice will be whatever you allow it to be.  And after all your hard work and an awesome savasana, hopefully you will go back into the world ready to ride the waves of life.  So let’s do a little dance, make a little love and get down to…yoga ♥

Wear comfortable clothes
Yoga mat*
Hand towel
Water bottle
*Mats are $1 to rent, but limited to availability. (Students are encouraged to bring their own mats.)
