Consider Vinyasa Flow to have a pretty chill element, but it doesn’t mean you’re not gonna break a sweat
Begin your day with a sacred salute to the sun! This hatha yoga vinyasa flow class aligns breath
and movement for a practice that will stimulate both the body and mind. This practice will guide
you through an active warm up of stretching and balancing asanas, before moving into
deep heating and strengthening poses. This flowing arc of hold and release is followed by blissful
cooling postures, meant to restore balance that will carry you through your day.
