Advanced YOGA
Level 2/3
Dive deeper into a sweaty, powerful flow that will align and sharpen your practice. This class is meant to challenge and inspire growth. Depending on the level, Advanced Yoga often includes advanced postures such as handstands, arm balances or backbends.
Students must be comfortable with beginning and intermediate yoga postures to join this class.
